DONNA FATHI, CO-FOUNDER & MASTER ARTIST
One of Donna’s favorite passions in life is mentoring others. She is a mother and the owner of Studio D Hair Salon and Flawless SMP. She has been in the hair industry since 1995 and has trained many aspiring barbers and hairstylists. Once she discovered Scalp Micropigmentation in 2019, she was eager to learn so she could help her existing long time clients with a better solution to their hair loss rather than temporary hair fibers and color sprays. Her goal is to expand the knowledge of Scalp Micropigmentation in order to grow this amazing industry so the service becomes worldly known. It has yet to make a big impact as the alternative to hair transplants so she feels she needs to work harder as a Canadian pioneer in the industry.
RACHEL, CO-FOUNDER & MASTER ARTIST
Rachel is the co-owner of Vancouver Ink. She is originally from Hong Kong, and moved
to Vancouver at a young age. She found her new love for the world of Scalp
Micropigmentation in 2019, she loves this rewarding and fast growing industry. Through
her past experiences gained as a makeup artist, she has strengthened her understanding
in facial structures and skin tones. As a passionate Scalp Micropigmentation Artist,
Rachel has helped many clients transform their looks and regain their confidence. Now
she is ready to educate and share her knowledge of the art of SMP to others.
FRANCIS LICMO
Francis was a Licensed Practical Nurse since 2005 and has worked in medicine and
dialysis. Francis came across a studio near his home that was offering scalp
micopigmentation. While looking into SMP, he found that this service was life changing
for those suffering with hair loss and decided to become an SMP artist. Francis is one of
the first students to be certified by Vancouver Ink Academy. With a new career path, he is
looking forward to witnessing people regain their confidence with the results of scalp
micropigmentation.
